Crochet bicolor cap

Materials:
75 grams semi-coarse wool silk, remains of yellow wool, crochet needle No. 4 1/2 aluminum.

Stitches:
Chain Stitch, Slip Stitch, Simple Crochet, Half Double Crochet, Double Crochet

Realization:

Crochet with light blue thread 4 ch and crochet 1 s.t stung on 1° ch to make a ring. Crochet inside ring many h.d.c as fit. Up r. and crochet in spiral form, giving regular increases until you have 68 stitches = 160 mm diameter (8°r. approx.) Close the r. with 1 s.c. and 1 s.t.

Then, crochet without increases. Crochet with white thread and using d.c. At 140 mm high, change color to light blue and crochet elastic stitch

At 180 mm total high, cut the thread and finish

Ending:

With yellow thread crochet a simple ring. Crochet inside it 8 s.c. and close the r. with 1 s.t. stung on 1° s.c. crocheted. Then, crochet 2 s.c. on each next s.c. = 16 s.c. Sew the circle in the middle of white fringe.

Then embroider rays to form the sun as the photo shows.
