Crochet Picot No. 3

It is crocheted in a single color but can be crocheted with two or more colors. It’s made with: chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet closed together and picot stitch.

This looks great on thin thread and wool. It is used in accessories such as napkins or tablecloths for edges and ends as shown in the video tutorial.

Realization:

Work a chain base of odd stitches

1° r: Sting on 2° ch and all the r. with s.c.

2° r: 3 ch (replacing 1° d.c) 1 d.c. stung on 1° s.c from previous r., 1 picot stitch, 2 d.c. closed together *skip 2 st., sting on st: 2 d.c. closed together, 1 picot stitch, 2 d.c. closed together, 1 picot stitch, 2 d.c. closed together stung on same place* Rep from * to * all the r.

Finish the r. with 2 d.c. closed together, 1 picot stitch, 2 d.c. closed together stung on same place.

Cut and finish.
