Crochet Picot No. 53

It is crocheted in a single color but can be worked with two or more colors. It’s made with: chain stitch, slip stitch, simple crochet, double crochet and picot stitch. This looks great on thin thickness thread. It is used on edges and ends of garments and accessories in general.

Realization:

crochet a chain base of even stitches

1° r: Skip 1 ch and 1 s.c. stung on each next ch.

2° r: 5 ch *skip 2 s.c., 5 d.c. stung on next s.c., 2 ch. Skip 2 s.c., 1 d.c. stung on next s.c., 2 ch* rep. from * to * across all the r. and finish it with 1 d.c. stung on last s.c.

3° r: 3 ch, 1 s.c. stung on next arc *9 ch, 1 s.c. stung on next arc, 3 ch* rep. from * to * across all the r. and finish it with 1 ch and 1 s.t. stung on 3° ch counting from the bottom

4° r: 3 ch, 1 s.c. with 1 picot stitch stung on next ch *on arc of 9 ch: 6 s.c., 3 ch and 6 s.c. 1 s.c. with 1 picot stitch on next arc of 3 ch* rep. from * to * across all the r.
