Some advice needed for crocheting in ergonomically:

Have good lighting; use wool, thread and needle appropriate; do it in a comfortable seat; practice good posture; perform stretching exercises and previous massage of the hands and fingers; rest at least every 30 minutes and during this period walk to exercise the legs. In this way, contractures, eyestrain, headache or dizziness, among other possible discomfort are avoided.

A tip that I leave you as supplement: take advantage the timer on your mobile phone to alert you to do this healthy routine, we often forget the time when we weave crochet.
