Crochet ZigZag Stitch

The fantasy stitch called ZigZag is crocheted with a combination of chain stitch, simple and double crochet. It looks great on semi-coarse wool. You can weave it in various colors to remain much more attractive. This point is very used to weave quilts or blankets.

Realization:

Make a chain of even stitches

1°r: skip 4 ch and 2 d.c. closed together stung on 5° and 6° ch *8 d.c. stung on next 8 ch, 5 d.c. stung on next ch, 8 d.c. stung on next 8 ch, 5 d.c. closed together stung on next 5 ch* rep. from * to * across all the r. and finish it with 3 d.c. closed together stung on last 3 ch

2°r: 1 ch and 1 s.c. stung on each d.c. from previous r.

3°r: 3 ch (to replace 1° d.c.) and 2 d.c. closed together stung on next 2 s.c. *8 d.c. stung on next 8 s.c., 5 d.c. stung on next s.c., 8 d.c. stung on next 8 s.c., 5 d.c. closed together stung on next 5 s.c.* rep. from * to * across all the r. and finish it with 3 d.c. closed together stung on last 3 s.c.
